Living and Dining on 3rd Floor:
 

Plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the lake view. For dining gather at the custom glass and wrought iron dining table that seats 12, and the adjoining breakfast bar which seats 4 more.

The living area features a fireplace, 32" TV, VCR, CD/DVD player and a Surround Sound System. There is deck access and an additional table that seats 6 for outdoor dining.

There is also a convenient powder room for all to use.
